Duties:

  • Handle a variety of legal matters pertaining to family law, including divorce, custody, alimony, and paternity cases.
  • Draft and file motions, petitions, pleadings, and other legal documents as necessary.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
  • Take depositions of clients, witnesses, and experts.

  • Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
  • 2+ years of experience practicing Family Law in Florida.
  • Expertise in Family Law and related legal issues.
  • Experience drafting and filing motions, taking depositions, and representing clients in court.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
