The Plaintiff Trial Attorney will be crucial in representing clients in personal injury cases, primarily focusing on plaintiffs. The ideal candidate should have extensive trial experience, particularly as first chair, and be adept at handling depositions involving entities such as corporate defendants, liability and damage experts, and medical experts.

Duties:

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases through all phases of litigation.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents necessary for trial.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences as necessary.
• Prepare and examine witnesses during trial proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and tactics.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Texas.
• Experience as a Plaintiff Trial Attorney.
• Demonstrated success in first chair trial experience.
• Proficiency in conducting depositions, particularly with corporate defendants and expert witnesses.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
