Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
  • 3-6 years of corporate legal experience, focusing on renewable energy development, project finance, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Proven experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various project contracts and agreements.
  • Strong understanding of general corporate law and related regulations.
