Overview:
F&I Sentinel, a regulatory compliance company in the auto finance space, is seeking a Credentialing Attorney to join their team. This full-time, remote-based position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in your own workspace. The Credentialing Attorney will review contracts related to vehicle maintenance, service, protection, and waiver products on behalf of financial lenders to ensure compliance with lender requirements, federal and state regulations, and consumer protection. The ideal candidate will have a . from an accredited law school, active attorney licensure, and 2-4 years of experience with compliance and/or regulatory contract review. This is not a healthcare related credentialing position and the Credentialing Attorney will not be entering into attorney-client relationships or providing legal advice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review contract submissions and determine approval or rejection based on lender requirements, regulations, and consumer protection
- Utilize tools and systems to efficiently and accurately review submissions
- Provide accurate refund rule data in approved submissions
- Respond to product company inquiries and manage team help desk emails
- Identify and communicate process improvements

Qualifications:
- . from an ABA accredited law school
- Active attorney licensure
- 2-4 years of experience with compliance and/or regulatory contract review
- Ability to read and understand legal contracts
- Adaptability, flexibility, and strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft 0365 and other software systems
