A law firm in Boston is seeking an Antitrust/Competition Associate Attorney with a significant interest in or experience with merger reviews, with FTC/DOJ experience being a plus. The candidate will focus on transactional-based work related to antitrust and competition law, including merger reviews.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust laws and regulations.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Participate in client meetings and provide counsel on antitrust matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex transactions.
• Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and investigations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar or eligibility for admission.
• 1-5 years of experience focusing on transactional-based work, preferably in antitrust and competition law.
• Strong understanding of antitrust laws and regulations.
• FTC/DOJ experience is a plus.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Massachusetts Bar or eligibility for admission.

Skills:
