Job Overview:

The Associate Attorney will primarily focus on corporate law matters, including private offerings, venture capital transactions, and public company representation. They will provide legal counsel and support to clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and support on corporate transactions, including private, venture capital financing, and public offerings.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters.
  • Assist in due diligence processes for corporate transactions.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex legal matters.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and meetings with third parties.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Corporate Law experience in a major law firm.
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent academic credentials.

  • Membership to the MA State Bar is required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Membership to the MA State Bar.

Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
