Duties:

  • Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including professional and general liability, product liability, and tort and liability defense cases.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.
  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
  • Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Manage caseload effectively and efficiently, meeting deadlines and case requirements.

Requirements:
