An esteemed law firm in New York is seeking a dedicated and experienced Trade and Supply Chain Finance Associate Attorney to be part of their dynamic team. In this role, the ideal candidate will leverage their comprehensive deal experience within a sophisticated corporate law firm or a similar environment, focusing on representing borrowers, lenders, sellers, or purchasers in US and cross-border trade finance, supply chain finance, commodity finance, receivables monetization, trade receivables securitization, asset-based lending, and related financial products. A solid foundation in finance is a prerequisite for success in this role.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for a range of significant tasks. These include working closely with clients to provide legal counsel, contributing their expertise to a variety of financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your ability to provide strategic advice and innovative solutions will be paramount.
