Job Description:
- Represent JPMorgan Chase & Co. in regulatory inquiries and government enforcement matters
- Conduct internal reviews and investigations
- Advise on legal issues related to investigations and inquiries
- Collaborate with compliance and business partners
- Maintain integrity and exercise good judgment

Responsibilities:
- Represent JPMorgan before government agencies, regulators, and SROs
- Collaborate with legal and compliance personnel
- Draft correspondence and interact with agency staff
- Manage documents for review and production
- Conduct internal reviews and assist with audits
- Participate in compliance training

Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- In-depth experience with regulatory issues
- Minimum of 6 years' experience as a licensed attorney
- JD or equivalent required

- Knowledge of financial services laws and regulations
