The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of probate and estate planning laws, possess an active license to practice law in Ohio with a clean disciplinary record and showcase at least 3+ years of experience, emphasizing expertise in Probate and Estate Planning.

Duties:

• Drafting, reviewing, and revising wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
• Advising clients on probate procedures, estate administration, and inheritance tax matters.
• Representing clients in probate court proceedings and other related legal matters.
• Providing legal counsel on matters about asset protection and wealth preservation.
• Conducting legal research to stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborating with clients to assess their individual needs and develop tailored estate plans.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal laws governing probate and estate planning.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Ohio with no disciplinary action.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience, with a strong focus on Probate and Estate Planning.

Education:
