## Bad Faith Litigation and Insurance Coverage Attorney at Law Firm

Law Firm is seeking an experienced Arizona attorney with 10-15 years of recent experience in bad faith litigation and insurance coverage. The successful candidate will work with the firm's attorneys to assist in the defense of insurers in bad faith and coverage litigation.

**Responsibilities:**
- Review, analyze, and recommend to the client
- Formulate case plan
- Disclosure, discovery and depositions
- Oral argument of motions
- Mediation, settlement and trial

**Qualifications:**
- 10-15 years of recent Arizona experience in bad faith litigation and insurance coverage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
