Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and policy advice to clients in the energy industry, including Fortune 100 companies and small start-ups.
• Handle complex regulatory and litigation matters at both the state and federal levels.
• Represent clients in administrative litigation before state public utilities commissions.
• Work closely with regulatory colleagues and client subject matter experts to develop constructive regulatory and policy outcomes.
• Develop relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
• Contribute to the growth and expansion of the firm's energy regulatory practice.
• Participate in community and pro bono activities.
• Stay up-to-date on industry and legal developments.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the state of Texas or Colorado.

Compensation:
