A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Cybercrime Enforcement Attorney - Of Counsel to support cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement work within the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement matters.
  • Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related filings.
  • Represent clients in civil litigation proceedings, focusing on intellectual property litigation.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, in enforcement investigations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing law, focusing on cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement.
  • Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, preferably in intellectual property litigation.
  • Experience conducting internal and government enforcement investigations is preferred.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California or eligibility for admission by motion.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications (preferred):

  • Certification in Cybersecurity Law or related field.
