Summary:
- Seeking Assistant General Counsel for DrinkPAK's headquarters in Santa Clarita, California.
- Responsible for providing legal advice and support to the organization's leaders and teams.
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize complex agreements.
- Serve as a key partner and legal expert to various operations teams.
- Communicate updates on legal developments affecting the food and beverage manufacturing industry.
- Work with outside counsel and manage budget for initiatives.
- Must have a Juris Doctorate degree and at least 5 years of experience in a large law firm or corporate setting.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Team player with a commitment to integrity and professionalism.
- Physical demands include talking and hearing, sitting, and standing/walking.

- Competitive base salary compensation range of $165,000 - $180,000 annually.
