Duties:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in the state.
  • 8-10 years of law firm or clerkship experience.
  • Prior employment in a law firm environment is particularly favored.
  • Excellent academic background.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions.
