Position Summary:

- Seeking a strategic and creative federal tax professional
- Responsible for solving complex federal tax issues
- Provide federal tax compliance and consulting services to large global and dynamic midsize clients across various industries
- Work with clients, manage tax engagement team, and have access to a group of specialists
- Strong support system from firm leadership

What You'll Do:

- Provide federal tax consulting and compliance services to diverse client base
- Advise clients on various tax issues including income taxes, tax provisions, and business restructuring
- Oversee complex federal tax projects for various entities
- Manage engagement workflow, team resources, and billing
- Provide leadership and career guidance for engagement team

- Dynamic team with professionals from various backgrounds
- Provides expertise to clients to integrate tax strategy into their business operations
- Offers a spectrum of business tax services
- Assists with global tax challenges and helps transform tax department for greater impact and efficiency

Qualifications:

Required:

- Ability to work within a hybrid work model
- 5+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, accounting, and research
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- One of the following accreditations: CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, CFA, or CFP
- Ability to travel up to 25% for work

Preferred:

- Advanced degree such as Masters of Tax, JD, or LLM
- Experience working in a virtual and/or global environment
- Passion for leveraging technology
- Solid understanding of accounting for income taxes
- Previous experience with Big 4 or large CPA firm
- Excellent research, writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong management experience

Salary and Benefits:

- Wage range of $84,980 - $169,650, taking into account various factors
