Job Overview: A law firm is seeking an Immigration Attorney to provide legal services to clients in various immigration matters, focusing particularly on Removal Defense work at the Portland Immigration Court and USCIS work at the Field Office. Duties:

Requirements:

  • Graduated from a . ABA-accredited law school.
  • Passed a State Bar exam.

  • Exceptional oral advocacy skills and strong writing proficiency.
  • Ability to stay organized and effectively problem-solve.
  • Prior experience in immigration law is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from a . ABA-accredited law school.

  • Admission to practice law in the state of Oregon.
