Job Overview:

The Associate Attorney will primarily focus on handling workers' compensation cases, utilizing their legal research, writing, and verbal communication expertise. They will collaborate within a dynamic, fast-paced environment while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of workers' compensation cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other case parties.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations as required.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Assist senior attorneys with case strategy and preparation.
• Maintain accurate and updated case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in workers' compensation law.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Capacity to work independently and handle a caseload efficiently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
