  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial real estate, including development, investment, financing, leasing, and lender representation.
  • Ability to handle complex real estate transactions independently.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Portable business is preferred but not required.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Tennessee Bar.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in legal research and writing.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
