Organization is looking for an experienced Attorney to join their team. This position will serve as a legal advisor to Organization leaders on a wide array of topics relating to their needs, including legal risk mitigation in a government contracting environment, customer relations, strategic initiatives and compliance programs.

## Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for the position, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

* Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school
* Active license to practice law in at least one state of operation
* Active membership in good standing of the bar in at least one state of operation (NY, PA, or ID)
* 5+ years of relevant experience
* Experience or exposure to drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex government contracts (experience with government construction contracts is preferred)
* Knowledge of FAR, DEAR, DFARS (preferably)
* Experience or knowledge of supporting contract, subcontract, False Claims Act, or other investigations related to federal procurement law and compliance issues
* Knowledge of organizational conflict of interest restrictions
* Excellent academic credentials
* Superior analytical, written, and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
* Ability to provide sound, clear legal advice within the company, including senior executives
* Ability to adapt communication style depending on the recipient's level of sophistication about legal issues

Preferred qualifications include DOE M&O experience and . citizenship.
