Duties:

  • Counsel clients on government contracts, laws, and regulations
  • Review and negotiate subcontracts and teaming agreements
  • Litigate bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and/or Court of Federal Claims
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to government contract matters
  • Draft legal documents, including contracts, motions, and briefs
  • Participate in client meetings and consultations
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on complex cases

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of government contract experience
  • High level of academic achievement
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar in Massachusetts (or willingness to become admitted)
  • Strong understanding of government contracts, laws, and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar in Massachusetts (or willingness to become admitted)
