  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Represented clients in federal and state courts, before EEOC and other federal and state agencies.
  • Manage day-to-day case activities independently, demonstrating high responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Participate in all aspects of case development, from client intake to resolution.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in labor and employment law.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
  • Proven experience in handling employment matters, including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Experience in Federal Court, State Court, and before federal and state agencies.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Education:
