- Minimum of 3 years of experience required.

Experience Information:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax compliance and consulting for not-for-profit organizations.
- Experience with programming in SAS or other statistical software.
- Knowledge of various tax forms, including 990, 990 PF, 1120, 1065, and 1040.
- Familiarity with tax issues related to healthcare, higher education, international clients, and more.
- Ability to research business and industry trends to provide valuable insights and solutions.
- Experience with automation and digitization in a professional services environment.
- Familiarity with pricing, client value, and negotiation processes.
