The attorney will play a crucial role in handling insurance litigation cases, providing legal counsel, and representing clients in coverage disputes.

Duties:

• Handle insurance coverage disputes and litigation matters.
• Provide legal advice on insurance-related issues to clients.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on insurance laws and regulations.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Collaborate with clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance coverage matters.
• Strong understanding of insurance laws, regulations, and industry practices.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
