  • Evaluate property damage claims, demonstrating expertise in the field.

  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies, keeping clients informed about claim status.
  • Attend and represent clients in hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.

  • Stay current with laws and regulations related to property damage claims.

 

Requirements:

  • Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, with a preference for First Party Property Damage experience.
  • Superb negotiation skills and the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
