V-Tech Solutions, Inc. is seeking experienced immigration attorneys to join our team and provide crucial assistance to Afghan parolees seeking permanent status in the United States. This is a remote/telework position, with the option to work from any of our locations in Atlanta, Georgia; New York City; Newark, New Jersey; Chicago, Illinois; Maryland; District of Colombia; Virginia; or Houston, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research, draft, and present timely asylum applications
- Conduct intakes and screenings for humanitarian immigrants
- Gather and organize supporting documents as evidence
- Write briefs and arguments and prepare forms and affidavits
- Represent individuals in immigration court and before the . Citizenship and Immigration Services
- Comply with all deadlines and other requirements as dictated by courts
- Oversee and provide supervision on a high case volume
- Work under time pressure

Requirements:
- 8+ years of immigration law experience
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school
- Active member in good standing of a state bar
- Experience with nonprofits and/or project management is ideal
- Fluent in English, with foreign language skills welcome
- Must pass recent federal background check
- Must participate in an ongoing drug/alcohol testing program
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written, oral, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Passion for humanitarian immigration practice

Salary:
The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience.
