Duties:

• Manage complex commercial litigation cases, including those related to business and employment matters.
• Emphasize white-collar litigation experience, if applicable.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for court submissions.
• Work independently on case management and preparation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and senior attorneys on complex litigation matters.
• Advocate on behalf of clients in various legal proceedings.
• Provide strategic counsel on litigation matters.
