The candidate will primarily focus on provider reimbursement issues, Medicare and Medicaid appeals, and audits and internal investigations and will generally support the firm?s robust and sophisticated regulatory and reimbursement practices. Must have outstanding academic credentials, strong writing and oral skills, excellent organizational skills, and a strong interest in health law and policy. Judicial clerkship experience or other relevant government service are particularly solicited.
