Key Responsibilities:

- Meet with and provide advice to clients from various industries on export compliance matters
- Lead and manage client projects, including export classifications, audits, reviews, program development, and training
- Support market development and thought leadership initiatives by writing articles and conducting research
- Research, write, and review advice related to export compliance
- Aid in the management, career development, and training of team members

Qualifications:

- Minimum of three years of direct experience in export compliance, including EAR and ITAR regulations
- Bachelor's degree, ., . in taxation, and/or Masters in Taxation (MST) from an accredited college/university
- Strong understanding and experience with . export control regulations and the ability to provide practical advice and solutions for complex matters
- General export control and sanctions experience, including compliance audits/reviews, voluntary self-disclosures, and advisory opinion requests
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth reviews of transactional data using data and analytics
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
