A law firm in Miami, Florida is seeking a skilled Private Equity Finance Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in private equity sponsored leveraged acquisition finance transactions. This role involves working on a diverse array of private equity sponsored financing transactions, managing closing processes, reviewing and drafting loan documents, and effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders.

 

Duties:

  • Work on a broad range of private equity sponsored financing transactions
  • Manage closing processes for transactions
  • Review and draft loan documents including commitment letters, term sheets, loan agreements, and collateral documents
  • Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties
  • Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence promptly
  • Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product
  • Meet deadlines and expectations efficiently
  • Foster positive work relationships within the firm and with clients
  • Comply with all firm policies and practices
  • Engage in both physical and sedentary activities as required
  • Perform any other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida
  • 1+ years of experience in private equity sponsored leveraged acquisition finance transactions
  • Direct and applicable experience with an AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC
  • . degree from an accredited law school
