Position Summary:
The Tax Transformation Senior role at Deloitte Tax is responsible for transforming client service delivery through people, process, and technology. The Senior will work closely with Tax professionals, technologists, and key stakeholders to drive improvements across multiple business threads, including tax compliance and advisory services for various industries. Responsibilities:
- Apply agile and design thinking techniques to analyze and improve processes
- Collaborate with Tax professionals to understand pain points and deliver process improvements
- Decompose business requirements and collaborate throughout the technology delivery lifecycle
- Conduct user testing and assess business readiness
- Prepare learning materials and drive adoption through change management and communication
- Analyze feedback and develop action plans
- Decommission legacy systems
- Manage projects and ensure timely delivery

The Team:
The Tax Transformation Office at Deloitte Tax is responsible for defining delivery standards and processes to support the delivery of tax services. The team is made up of professionals with diverse backgrounds, including Tax Professionals, Human Capital and Technology Consultants, Quality Assurance and Technology Support. They work on a range of projects with a focus on process design, deployment, and adoption, as well as stakeholder analysis, communication, learning, and change management.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, co-locating in person 2-3 days per week
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or information technology related field
- 3+ years of client service experience in tax compliance for Corporate, Investment Management, Operating Flow-Through, Individuals, Estates & Trusts, or Indirect Tax services
- Ability to travel up to 25% for project work
- Active accreditation such as CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or Technology Certifications

Preferred:
- 3+ years of digital transformation experience
- Experience with agile delivery and design thinking
- Knowledge of business process analysis and design
- End-to-end technology project delivery experience
- Training delivery and client support experience
- Strong focus on deployment, adoption, and change management
- Ability to assist in developing a tax technology strategy
- PMP or Agile certification
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication skills and a champion of process and technology improvements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Process-driven thinking

Salary Information:
The wage range for this role is $77,070 to $175,500, taking into account various factors such as skills, experience, training, and certifications. This estimate does not include any geographic differentials. Deloitte does not typically hire individuals at the top of the range and compensation decisions are based on individual circumstances.
