  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of life sciences experience, focusing on patent litigation in the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors.
  • Preferably possess an undergraduate degree in chemistry, biology, molecular biology, chemical engineering, or biochemistry.
  • An advanced degree or industry experience is a plus.
  • Membership in the Patent Bar is advantageous.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Membership in the Patent Bar (preferred).
