Summary
Smith Jadin Johnson, PLLC is looking for an experienced Litigation Trial Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, excellent academic credentials, and strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates with property and liability insurance coverage, claims, and litigation experience. The right candidate will be a team player and desire to work in a collaborative environment.

Candidates are expected to have a degree from an ABA accredited law school, a sterling resume, references, strong research and writing skills, litigation experience, and must be motivated, reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills
• Experience in state and federal courts
• Experience managing a litigation file from inception to closing
• Experience with property and liability insurance coverage, claims, and litigation
• Experience working with community associations and multi-unit housing is a plus
• Degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Motivated, reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Trial experience is a plus
