A law firm in Boston, MA is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in general litigation and basic business and real estate transactions.

Job Overview:

• Handle general litigation matters and basic business and real estate transactions.
• Oversee a portfolio of real estate ownership and associated documents.
• Represent clients in calls, conferences, agency proceedings, and court actions.
• Prepare cases for trial and provide trial assistance as appropriate.
• Support client development and marketing efforts in collaboration with partners.

Duties:

• Handle general litigation matters and basic business and real estate transactions.

• Strong writing skills to communicate effectively to the court, clients, and opposing counsel.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Bar admission in the State of Massachusetts.
