  • Handle regulatory investigations involving consumer protection issues by State AG, FTC, and other regulatory agencies.

 

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in regulatory investigations or litigation involving consumer protection issues and/or defending data privacy and security class actions.
  • High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
  • General tech fluency and the ability to analyze complex legal issues.
  • Impeccable analytical and writing skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) from a nationally recognized law school.

 

Certifications:

Relevant certifications in data privacy and security would be beneficial.

 

Skills:
