Rochester office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks trusts and estates associate attorney with 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in trusts and estates practice. The candidate will support a growing trusts and estates practice representing primarily high-net-worth clients. Will perform transactional work, including drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and operating and shareholder agreements. Quantify tax impacts of estate and business succession plans and work on estate and trust administration matters, including structuring the administration plan. Supervising the preparation of accountings and estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns and addressing procedural and disputed matters. Be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, referral sources, and other attorneys within the firm. A license to practice in Florida, an LLM in tax, experience in corporate and transactional work, and 5+ years of experience will be highly regarded.
