Duties:

• Manage and handle professional liability cases through all phases of litigation.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on professional liability matters.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Attend court proceedings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective legal strategies.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of litigation experience.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania.
