  • Apply expertise to transactions in the private equity space.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience at an Am Law 100 or Am Law 200 firm.
  • Extensive experience in corporate and partnership M&A transactions.
  • Proficiency in drafting and negotiating tax provisions in transaction documents.
  • In-depth knowledge of tax issues under Subchapter C of the Internal Revenue Code.
  • Experience in the formation of joint ventures.
