What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

Juris Doctorate degree from a law school approved for accreditation by the American Bar Association and a member in good standing of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the state where he or she practices law.
At least five years of experience in corporate law, contracts, and/or risk management.
Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.
Ability to analyze complex legal and business issues and provide clear and concise advice.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Passion for making a positive impact in the world and building a better future.
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with team members.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.
Eligibility for license and standing in Ohio within six months of hire date.
