- Responsible for coordinating and aligning all litigation across CLS, providing leadership and support to advocates, and managing litigation-related budgeting

- Provides training and mentorship for advocates, and strengthens external partnerships and relationships with private bar
- Requires understanding and commitment to dismantling mass incarceration and immigration systems, and confronting all forms of structural bias and oppression
- Law degree and license to practice in Washington required, as well as strong understanding and experience with litigation and legal tools
