The ideal candidate will have a background in advising publicly traded companies on federal securities laws, corporate governance, stock exchange regulations, and compliance matters related to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and Dodd-Frank Act. This role requires a candidate who is accustomed to working in a team environment and possesses superior academic credentials.

Duties:

• Advise publicly traded companies on federal securities laws and regulations.
• Provide counsel on corporate governance matters.
• Address compliance matters related to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and Dodd-Frank Act.
• Navigate stock exchange regulations and requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and legal teams to develop strategic solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Education:
