Job Description:
- Executive Office for . Trustees (EOUST) Law Interns in Washington, DC
- Directly assist the Director or Deputy Director for Field Operations
- Conduct legal research, provide data analysis, and conduct fact-finding on bankruptcy-related issues
- Assist with preparation for representing the USTP in different capacities
- Field Office Law Interns in 89 field offices across the country
- Assist attorneys in various tasks related to bankruptcy cases
- Opportunity for academic credit, as determined by the individual field office

Qualifications:

- Attention to detail and ability to work in a small team
- Commitment to fairness and integrity in the administration of the bankruptcy system
- Background and interest in bankruptcy, litigation, administrative law, policy, and legislation
