The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting and organizational skills, along with excellent academic credentials. The candidate must have prior experience in an Am Law 100 law firm, hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school, and either be admitted to the State Bar or be eligible to obtain admission promptly.

Duties:

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
• Conducting legal research and providing analysis on complex corporate matters.
• Advising clients on legal issues and risks associated with transactions.
• Participating in due diligence processes and analyzing findings.
• Collaborating with senior attorneys on complex legal matters.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
• Strong drafting and organizational skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Experience in an Am Law 100 law firm.
