The Opportunity

- Adobe is seeking a VP, Corporate Legal to lead and provide vision for all corporate legal needs.
- This leader will have global responsibility and manage relationships with the Board of Directors and CFO.

What You'll Do

- Oversee corporate securities and public company securities reporting.
- Manage corporate governance, including advising the Board of Directors and investor relations.
- Support ESG activities and global mergers and acquisitions.
- Partner with the treasury department on debt offerings and cash management.
- Advise on executive compensation, aviation, real estate, and tax.
- Lead a team of 20+ employees.

What You'll Need to Succeed

- JD from a leading law school and at least 12 years of relevant experience in federal securities law and corporate governance.
