Legal Aid Works is currently seeking a passionate and driven attorney to join our team as a Domestic Violence Divorce Attorney in Culpeper, Virginia. Our nonprofit law firm is dedicated to providing high quality legal services to low-income individuals and families in civil legal matters. As a Domestic Violence Divorce Attorney, you will have the opportunity to use your advocacy and negotiation skills to ensure equal justice for all Virginians. With our branch offices located in Culpeper, Fredericksburg, and Tappahannock, you will have the chance to handle a busy caseload and gain valuable litigation experience while being closely mentored by experienced attorneys.

Responsibilities:
- Handle a busy caseload under the supervision of experienced attorneys
- Litigation and community education duties covering a multi-county region
- Supervision of office co-workers
- Mentorship from experienced attorneys to support the work of a new or less experienced attorney

Qualifications:
- Must have current Virginia license to practice law or eligible for legal aid certificate of practice
- Public service experience and Spanish speaking skills are a plus

Compensation:
- Salary of $69,000 annually
- Excellent benefits, including $5,000 yearly toward student loans
