  • Establish and maintain strong client and peer relationships.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to commercial real estate transactions.
  • Provide legal counsel on various aspects of commercial real estate law.
  • Collaborate with clients and peers on transactional strategies.
  • Conduct due diligence and title reviews.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and closings.

 

Experience:

4-6 years of commercial real estate experience.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Ohio or willing to seek licensure.

 

Skills:

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
