The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling legal matters related to estate planning and governmental defense. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and hold an active State of Illinois Law license in good standing. The candidate should have a solid background in litigation, with 3-7 years of experience in estate planning and governmental defense.

Duties:

• Represent clients in estate planning and governmental defense cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Provide legal counsel to clients and communicate case developments.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois Law license in good standing.
• 3-7 years of experience in estate planning and governmental defense.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
