Job Title: FOIA Document Reviewer
Salary: Competitive and based on experience

Deloitte is seeking a FOIA Document Reviewer to join their Risk Management & Governance team in their Government and Public Services (GPS) Discovery & Data Management Practice. This role involves helping clients respond to requests for information in a timely and efficient manner through the use of people, processes, tools, and technology. The ideal candidate will have a legal or technology background and be passionate about keeping up with the latest data trends and technology sources.

Position Summary

As a FOIA Document Reviewer, you will be responsible for assisting government agencies with their litigation and other regulatory requirements. This includes using eDiscovery leading practices and analytics technology, as well as traditional legal research and writing, to help government attorneys and agency staff navigate challenges such as cloud migration, new technologies, and evolving data sources. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and contribute your unique perspectives to help solve complex challenges for clients.

Work you'll do

- Conduct relevance reviews for FOIA requests under the direction of a Project Manager and senior FOIA Document Review Supervisor
- Act independently or as a team leader on larger projects
- Serve as the primary interface with trial attorneys, experts, and other client staff
- Participate in a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree and Juris Doctor degree required
