Experience Information:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-related intricacies of partnership structures and related transactions, including interpreting and applying relevant aspects of the US Tax Code, consulting and modeling pre- and post-IPOs, and managing tax returns. CPA or Member of the Bar certification preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized tax consulting and compliance related to partnership structures and related transactions for publicly traded partnerships, private equity funds, hedge funds, and/or other private partnerships.
- Interpret and apply relevant aspects of the US Tax Code, as it relates to partnership structures, Up-Cs and UPREITs, and perform specialized tax consulting and consultations.
- Consult and model pre- and post-IPOs, as well as a wide range of M&A and equity transactions.
- Market and develop business opportunities for the firm.
- Prepare and process complex information to calculate partnership allocations, review and reconcile outcomes, and manage the process for and review tax returns.
- Lead teams and facilitate open conversations with clients, stakeholders, and teams to build trust and uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
- Utilize automation and digitization tools to optimize engagements and advance pricing strategies.
- Develop new relationships and sell new services with a "One Firm" service mindset.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with additional education in other business related fields considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-related intricacies of partnership structures and related transactions.
- CPA or Member of the Bar certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the US Tax Code, specifically sections 704(b), 704(c), 707, 751, 734, and 743(b).
- Experience with consulting and modeling pre- and post-IPOs, as well as M&A and equity transactions.
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage engagements and balance project economics with unanticipated issues.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to develop new relationships and sell new services.
- Ability to lead teams and promote continuous improvement and innovation.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
