Job Overview:

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in foreclosure law.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing policies, procedures, and practices.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility for admission through reciprocity.

Skills:

  • Litigation experience, particularly in foreclosure law.
  • Excellent oral advocacy skills.
  • Negotiation skills for settlement discussions.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in legal research and writing.
